Every class is small, postnatal-informed and led by a qualified coach. You can switch between formats as your week (and your baby) demands.

Train without your baby

Strength and conditioning sessions for mothers at any postnatal stage. Programmed around real life — sleep-deprived, time-poor, and ready to feel like yourself again.

What to expect

  • 45–55 min sessions
  • Strength, mobility & low-impact conditioning
  • Modifications for diastasis, prolapse & c-section recovery

Who it's for

Mums from 6 weeks postnatal (12 weeks for c-section), with GP / health visitor sign-off. All levels welcome.

02 / Mum & baby

Bring your baby with you

Move alongside your baby in a calm, low-pressure room. Pause to feed, change, comfort — pick up where you left off. No-one minds. We've all been there.

What to expect

  • 45 min sessions
  • Pram-friendly studio, mats & toys provided
  • A baby-changing area and a kettle that is always on

Who it's for

Mums with babies from 6 weeks until they're crawling confidently (and a little after). One baby per mum, please.
