Every class is small, postnatal-informed and led by a qualified coach. You can switch between formats as your week (and your baby) demands.

01 / Mums fitness
Train without your baby
Strength and conditioning sessions for mothers at any postnatal stage. Programmed around real life — sleep-deprived, time-poor, and ready to feel like yourself again.
What to expect
- —45–55 min sessions
- —Strength, mobility & low-impact conditioning
- —Modifications for diastasis, prolapse & c-section recovery
Who it's for
Mums from 6 weeks postnatal (12 weeks for c-section), with GP / health visitor sign-off. All levels welcome.

02 / Mum & baby
Bring your baby with you
Move alongside your baby in a calm, low-pressure room. Pause to feed, change, comfort — pick up where you left off. No-one minds. We've all been there.
What to expect
- —45 min sessions
- —Pram-friendly studio, mats & toys provided
- —A baby-changing area and a kettle that is always on
Who it's for
Mums with babies from 6 weeks until they're crawling confidently (and a little after). One baby per mum, please.
